Variants of Hydraulic Torque Wrenches
MX-EC – Hydraulic Square Torque Wrench
The MX-EC is a rugged hydraulic torque wrench designed for a wide range of applications. It covers a broad torque range and is suitable for numerous bolting tasks in assembly and maintenance. Its compact design allows it to be used even in confined spaces, while its solid construction is designed for a long service life.
Thanks to its interchangeable square adapter, the MX-EC is exceptionally versatile. It can be combined with a wide variety of different attachment tools, allowing it to be adapted to different screw connections and application scenarios.
LT – Compact and rugged for tight installation spaces
The LT Series was developed specifically for applications with limited space. Thanks to its compact design, it is particularly well-suited for hard-to-reach screw connections. Despite its compact dimensions, the LT delivers high torque and enables controlled operation during assembly and maintenance work.
A particularly robust housing ensures high durability in daily use. It also allows the tool to be securely supported, which promotes a stable and controlled tightening process – especially in tight spaces and restricted working conditions.
FSX – Low Profile Cassette Torque Wrench for Flange Connections
The FSX is a hydraulic cartridge torque wrench with an exceptionally compact and lightweight design. It is primarily used for flange connections where there is limited axial or radial installation space. The cartridge technology enables precise force transmission directly to the nut.
Thanks to its light weight and flat design, the FSX is ideal for repetitive bolting applications and recurring work on flanges in industrial plants.
K-Line – Maximum Flexibility for Complex Screw Applications
The K-Line is a hydraulic torque wrench with interchangeable ring sockets, offering maximum flexibility for customer-specific applications. Open and split ring sockets allow for use even with the tightest radii and deep insertion depths of the socket inserts.
With a torque range of 300 to 30,000 Nm, the K-Line combines less weight with high performance. It is used whenever the MX-EC or FSX reach their limits due to geometry or accessibility issues.
HPR – Maximum Torque for Heavy Industry
The HPR series is designed for extreme torque requirements of up to 150,000 Nm. Despite its high performance, it features a comparatively compact design. This makes it suitable even for applications with limited space.
Typical applications include heavy industry, power generation, steel construction, and large-scale facilities where very large bolted joints must be tightened safely and with precision.
