To support our quality management, we are looking for a
Product Quality Engineer (m/f/d) Full-time.
Your responsibilities with us will include:
- Responsibility for Customer and Supplier Complaints
- Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions using standard quality methods (8D process, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Analysis and interpretation of quality-related metrics, as well as maintenance of product-specific defect databases
- Support for Improving Supplier Quality
- Management of product-specific quality projects
- Responsible for the prompt and effective resolution of supplier complaints
- Incoming Goods Inspections and Data Entry in the ERP System (Pro Alpha)
- Participation in internal and external audits in accordance with DIN-EN-ISO 9001:2015
Here’s what you should bring:
- Technical training with further education leading to a technician certification and a basic understanding of technology
- Experience in quality assurance is preferred
- Experience with the Pro Alpha ERP system is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Experience interacting with customers and suppliers
- Strong analytical mindset
- Proper Use of MS Office Programs
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
