Cordless Torque Wrench DA2safety

Taking Safety to the Next Level!

The DA2 safety cordless torque wrench was specifically developed for applications where safety for both people and processes is paramount. Especially at high torques, incorrect operation or uncontrolled movements can lead to risks – both for the user and for the fastener itself.

The DA2 safety addresses this issue specifically, combining controlled screw technology with additional safety features.

Safety Through Controlled Operation

A key feature of the DA2 safety is the two-handed operation device . This ensures that the screwdriving process only starts when both hands are correctly positioned. This significantly reduces the risk of unintentional activation.

In addition, the nutrunner’s controlled shut-off helps protect both the user and the screw connection.

Protection for Users and Processes

The DA2 safety follows a holistic safety approach:

  • Protection of the operator against uncontrolled movements

  • Protecting the screwdriving process against operator error

  • Supporting safe work procedures when working with high torque

This makes the nutrunner particularly suitable for safety-critical industrial applications.

    Classification within the DA2 family

Compared to the DA2 power or DA2 control, the DA2 safety focuses less on speed or process versatility and more on occupational safety and controlled execution . It complements the DA2 portfolio wherever safety is the top priority.

Typical applications of the DA2 safety

The DA2 safety is particularly suitable for applications where increased safety requirements apply:

    • Industrial applications involving high torque

    • Screw connections with an increased risk of injury

    • Assembly processes with clear safety guidelines

    • Applications in which operator errors must be prevented

For whom is the DA2 safety the right solution?

The DA2 safety cordless torque wrench is ideal for users who:

      • operate at high torque levels

      • place special emphasis on user protection

      • Must consistently implement safety guidelines

      • require safe, controlled screwdriving processes
